Bound Metal Deposition prints metal parts using metal rods infused with polymer binders, similar to FDM. After printing, the parts undergo debinding and sintering to achieve full metal strength

Bound Metal Deposition (BMD)​

A high-powered laser selectively melts fine layers of metal powder on a build platform, forming a solid, high-strength 3D part with exceptional precision.

Metal Powder Bed Fusion (MPBF)

A liquid binder is selectively deposited onto a metal powder bed, layer by layer, to create complex parts quickly and efficiently without heat.

Binder Jetting

A laser beam fuses nylon powder on a flat bed, forming durable and intricate parts in a high-temperature, powder-based 3D printing process.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)​

FFF builds objects by extruding melted thermoplastic filament through a heated nozzle, layer by layer, ideal for prototypes and functional parts.
